Oorzaak: The wash cycle does not include draining; some wash cycles require the drain phase to be started manually. The drain hose is bent. The drainage duct is clogged.

Oplossing

Check the wash cycle requirements and start the drain phase manually if needed. Straighten the drain hose and check for clogs in the drainage duct.

The washing machine vibrates a lot during the spin cycle installation

Oorzaak: The drum was not unlocked correctly during installation. The washing machine is not level. The washing machine is trapped between cabinets and walls.

Oplossing

Ensure the drum is unlocked during installation, level the machine using the adjustment feet, and ensure adequate space around the machine.

The washing machine leaks water

Oorzaak: The water inlet hose is not screwed on properly. The detergent dispenser drawer is blocked. The drain hose is not fixed properly.

Het gebruik van een verlengslang wordt sterk afgeraden, maar indien noodzakelijk moet deze dezelfde diameter hebben als de originele slang en mag de lengte niet meer dan 150 cm bedragen.
