Oorzaak: Machine is not level or properly positioned on uneven floor

1. Position the washing machine on a flat and rigid floor, not against walls or furniture. 2. Adjust the feet by unscrewing or screwing them until the machine is level horizontally with no inclination greater than 2 degrees.

Oorzaak: Insufficient ventilation space under the machine when placed on carpet or rug

Adjust the feet so that there is sufficient space underneath the washing machine for proper ventilation.

Oorzaak: Supply hose is bent, crushed, or water pressure is outside acceptable range

1. Ensure the water supply hose is not bent or crushed. 2. Check that water pressure is between 0.05 MPa (0.5 bar) minimum and 1 MPa (10 bar) maximum as specified in the technical data. 3. If pressure is inadequate, contact an authorized technician.

Oorzaak: Standard supply hose length is insufficient for the installation location

Contact a specialized workshop or authorized technician to extend or replace the water supply hose.

Oorzaak: Drain hose is bent, positioned too high, or outlet is submerged in water

1. Connect the drain hose without bending it to a drainage pipe or wall outlet positioned between 65-100 cm from the floor. 2. Alternatively, place the hose over a sink or bathtub edge using the guide provided. 3. Ensure the loose end of the drain hose does not remain submerged in water.
