Water inflow fault

Check if the water tap is open and pressure is adequate. Verify the water hose is not pinched. Check if the filter on the water hose is clogged. Ensure the hose is not frozen.

Error in locking the door

Turn off the appliance. Turn it on and restart the washing program. If the error remains, call a service technician.

Error in unlocking the door

Turn off the appliance, then turn it on. If the error remains, call a service technician.

Electronic module fault

Switch off the appliance by pressing the POWER button for 3 seconds. Press the START/PAUSE button again. If the error remains, call a service technician.

Water reaches overflow level

Stop the program by pressing the START/PAUSE button. Restart the program. If the appliance continues to pump out water, close the water tap and call a service technician.

Oorzaak: Laundry has become tangled or load is too light-weighted

For tangled laundry: press the Power button for 3 seconds to shut down, open the door, manually redistribute the load, and select the single SPIN program. For light-weighted laundry: press Power button for 3 seconds, open the door, add additional items, and select the single SPIN program.

Oorzaak: Very small load of laundry

Avoid washing very small loads as this leads to excessive energy use and poor cleaning performance.

Oorzaak: Frequent washing at low temperatures with liquid detergents causes bacteria to spawn

Run the Drum Clean program to clean the drum.

Oorzaak: Incorrect use of water softeners or use of chlorine-based bleaches

If water hardness exceeds 14°dH, use water softener correctly. Avoid using chlorine-based bleaches as they can damage the heater.

Oorzaak: Hardened clumpy powder detergent added to dispenser

Do not add hardened clumpy powder detergent into the detergent dispenser.
