Probleemoplossing

Unblock drain hose. Clean pump filter. Make sure that drain hose is properly installed.
Oorzaak: Not all transportation bolts have been removed or appliance has no solid position, or machine load is not correct
Remove all transportation bolts. Ensure solid ground and a levelled position. Check load weight and balance.
Oorzaak: Water or electric failure
Check power and water supply.
Oorzaak: Appliance displays error code, problem due to load pattern, or programme performs soaking cycle
Consider display codes. Reduce or adjust load. Cancel programme and restart.
Oorzaak: Detergent is not appropriate or excessive use of detergent
Check detergent recommendations. Reduce amount of detergent.
Oorzaak: Washing programme duration will be adjusted
This is normal and doesn't affect functionality.
Oorzaak: Unbalance of laundry
Check machine load and laundry and run a spinning programme again.
Oorzaak: Degree of pollution does not agree with selected programme, detergent quantity was not sufficient, maximum load has been exceeded, or laundry was unevenly distributed in the drum
Select another programme. Choose the detergent according to the degree of pollution and according to manufacturer specifications. Reduce loading. Loosen the laundry.
Oorzaak: Insoluble particles of detergent can remain as white spots on the laundry
Perform extra rinse. Try to brush the points from the dry laundry. Choose another detergent.
Oorzaak: Caused by fats such as oils, creams or ointments
Pretreat the laundry with a special cleaner.
