Washing machine door does not open maintenance

Oorzaak: Water level too high or water temperature in the washing machine is too high.

Oplossing

Drain the water using the Drain or Spinning program. Wait for the water temperature to drop and pump out the water. If you still cannot open the door, use the emergency door opening tool.

Washing program is not in progress power

Oorzaak: Washing machine door is not properly closed, there is no voltage in the power outlet, or delayed start function has been selected.

Oplossing

Firmly press on the washing machine door until you hear two clicks. Check if the plug is connected and there is electric current in the outlet. To cancel the delayed start function, press the Start button and hold it for three seconds.

Washing time is longer than anticipated performance

Oorzaak: Low inlet water temperature, UKS unbalance system engaged due to unevenly distributed laundry, low mains voltage, or power supply failure.

Oplossing

Program duration can be up to 60% longer than initially anticipated. Program time is extended due to the need to redistribute the laundry in the drum. Washing machine needs more time if power mains voltage is too low.

Display does not light up power

Oorzaak: There is no voltage in the appliance.

Oplossing

Check if the plug is connected to the power outlet and whether there is electric current in the outlet.

The wording on the display unit is not in your language other

Oorzaak: You have not selected your preferred language yet.

Oplossing

Choose the preferred language in System Settings.

Wet laundry (unbalance appears on display) performance

Oorzaak: A small amount of laundry will often be unevenly distributed.

Oplossing

Loosen and redistribute the laundry and select the Drain or Spinning program. Increase the amount of laundry in the washing machine and restart the program.

Traces of grease on clothes quality

Oorzaak: The laundry was very greasy.

Oplossing

Wash the laundry again. When your laundry is heavily soiled, add more washing powder or use a liquid detergent in combination with a more powerful (longer) program.

There are still stains on the laundry quality

Oorzaak: You used bleach-free liquid detergent or powder detergent for coloured laundry, or selected an unsuitable program.

Oplossing

Use a detergent that contains bleach. Use special stain removers. Use a suitable program.

There are white residues of washing powder on the laundry quality

Oorzaak: This is due to phosphate-free detergents which contain zeolites for water softening that may be deposited on the laundry.

Oplossing

Immediately rinse the laundry again. Use liquid detergents that do not contain zeolites. Try removing any residues with a brush.

There is powder detergent left in the main wash compartment maintenance

Oorzaak: Water pressure not high enough, or some washing powders stick strongly to the detergent compartment if it is empty.

Oplossing

Clean the net on the water supply hose. Choose higher water level or extra rinse. Wipe the detergent compartment before adding the powder detergent.

There is conditioner left in the conditioner compartment maintenance

Oorzaak: Plug cap is not positioned correctly or it is clogged.

Oplossing

Make sure the plug cap in the conditioner compartment of the detergent compartment is positioned correctly. Clean the plug cap.

Odour in the washing machine drum maintenance

Oorzaak: Residues of fabric, washing detergent, and conditioner in the filter, or development of germs and bacteria.

Oplossing

Check if the filter is clean. Choose a self-cleaning (Drum Cleaning) program.

Machine is moving during operation installation

Oorzaak: Feet not adjusted correctly or transport bolts not removed.

Oplossing

Level the feet. Remove the transport bolts.

Machine is moving during spinning performance

Oorzaak: Unevenly distributed laundry or not enough laundry.

Oplossing

The washing machine will automatically decrease the spin speed if vibration is too strong. Increase the amount of laundry in the washing machine and restart the program.

Noisy (loud) drain pump noise

Oorzaak: Drain pump filter is clogged or filter housing and drain pump impeller are clogged.

Oplossing

Make sure the drain pump filter is clean. Make sure the filter housing is clean.

Het programma kan tot 60% langer duren dan initieel verwacht door: lage inlaatwater temperatuur, UKS onbalanssysteem dat is geactiveerd vanwege ongelijk verdeelde was, lage netspanning, of een stroomonderbreking. Het systeem zal de was automatisch herverdelen of het vermogen aanpassen.

Verdeel de was gelijkmatig in de trommel. Kleine ladingen (bijvoorbeeld één handdoek, één trui, één badjas) of kleding gemaakt van materiaal met speciale geometrische eigenschappen zijn vrijwel onmogelijk gelijkmatig over de trommel te verdelen. In extreme gevallen kan het programma zonder centrifugeercyclus worden voltooid.

Dit is niet toe te schrijven aan slecht spoelen, maar aan fosfaatvrije wasmiddelen die zeolieten bevatten voor waterontharder. Deze ingrediënten kunnen op de kleding worden afgezet. Spoel de kleding onmiddellijk opnieuw. Gebruik vloeibare wasmiddelen zonder zeolieten. Probeer eventuele residuen met een borstel te verwijderen.

Controleer of het filternetje op de wateraanvoerslang schoon is. Wis het wasmiddelcompartiment voordat u het poederwasmiddel toevoegt. Zorg ervoor dat de doppelkap in het conditionercompartiment correct is geplaatst en maak deze schoon als deze verstopt is.

Controleer of de wateraanvoerkraan open is. Controleer of het filternetje op de wateraanvoerslang schoon is. Controleer of de wateraanvoerslang vervormd, geklemd of verstopt is. Controleer of de waterdruk tussen 0,1 en 1 MPa (1-10 bar) ligt. Druk vervolgens de Exit-knop in om het programma voort te zetten. Als de fout aanhoudt, bel een servicetechnicus.
