Oorzaak: Power cable is unplugged, fuse is blown, water is cut, door is open, or On/Off button is not pressed
Check if the power cable is plugged in. Check the fuses in your house. Make sure that the water inlet tap is open. Make sure that you have closed the door of the machine. Make sure that you have turned on the machine by pressing the On/Off button.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly, unsuitable program, impellers stuck or clogged, filters clogged or installed incorrectly, baskets overloaded, detergent stored in humid conditions, insufficient detergent, or insufficient rinse aid
Load the dishes as described in the user manual. Select a program with a higher temperature and cycle time. Turn the impellers by hand to ensure they rotate freely. Clean the impellers and filters regularly. Do not overload baskets. Store detergent in a closed container. Adjust detergent amount according to soiling degree. Check rinse aid indicator and increase rinse aid setting if necessary.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly, insufficient rinse aid, machine unloaded immediately after program, unsuitable program, or surface quality of kitchen utensils deteriorated
Place dishes so water does not accumulate. Check and add rinse aid if necessary. Do not unload right after washing; slightly open door and wait for steam to evacuate. Select program with longer duration. Do not wash kitchen utensils with deteriorated surfaces.
Oorzaak: Unsuitable program selected, surface quality of kitchen utensils deteriorated, or detergent stored under unsuitable conditions
Select a program with a higher temperature and cycle time. Do not wash kitchen utensils with deteriorated surfaces. Store powder detergent in a closed container in dry places, or use tablet detergents.
Oorzaak: Insufficient rinse aid
Check the rinse aid indicator and add rinse aid if necessary. Increase the rinse aid setting if there is enough amount of rinse aid in the machine.
Oorzaak: New machine, filters are clogged, or dirty dishes kept in dishwasher for 2-3 days
Run a couple of washes for new machine odour to fade. Clean the filter system regularly. Remove remnants on dishes and run Pre-wash program without detergent every 2 days. Do not close the door completely to avoid odour build up. Use commercially available odour removers or machine cleaners.
Oorzaak: Salty food remnants on dishes, electric installation not grounded, intensive cleansers used, metal items used for unintended purposes, cutlery made of low quality stainless steel, or corroded kitchen utensils washed in dishwasher
Remove dirt by pre-wash or wash without waiting. Check if machine is connected to grounding line. Do not wash dishes with bleach. Use metal kitchen utensils only for intended purposes. Do not wash low quality stainless steel or already corroded items in dishwasher.
Oorzaak: Detergent dispenser was damp, detergent added long before washing, detergent dispenser lid opening prevented during washing, detergent stored in humid conditions, or impeller holes clogged
Dry detergent dispenser well before filling. Add detergent shortly before start-up of washing. Place dishes so they do not prevent dispenser lid from opening. Store detergent in a closed container in dry places. Clean impellers regularly.
Oorzaak: Decorated glassware and decorated lustre porcelains not suitable for dishwasher
Do not wash decorated glasses and decorated lustre porcelains in the dishwasher.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly, or kitchen utensils contain or are made of aluminium
When placing glasses and glassware into the basket, lean them against edges or racks of the basket or glass support tines, not against other dishes. Do not wash kitchen utensils containing or made of aluminium in dishwasher.
Oorzaak: Excessive rinse aid is used
Lower rinse aid setting. Clean the spilled rinse aid when adding rinse aid.
Oorzaak: Dishes washed with hand-wash detergent but not rinsed before placing in machine, rinse aid spilled into machine, or lid of rinse aid reservoir left open
Remove coarse soil on dishes under tap water with tissue paper or fork; no need to hand-wash. Take care that rinse aid is not spilled in the machine when filling it. Clean spilled rinse aid with tissue paper/towel. Make sure that the lid of the rinse aid reservoir is closed after adding rinse aid.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly or baskets are overloaded
Load the dishes as described in the user manual. Do not overload the baskets in excess of their capacity.
Oorzaak: Filters are clogged or discharge hose is clogged/blocked
Check if the filter system is clean and clean it regularly. Check the discharge hose. If necessary, remove the discharge hose, clear the blockage and insert it as illustrated in the user manual.
