Oorzaak: Power cable is unplugged, fuse is blown, water is cut, door is open, or On/Off button is not pressed
Check if the power cable is plugged in. Check the fuses in your house. Make sure that the water inlet tap is open. Make sure that you have closed the door of the machine. Make sure that you have turned on the machine by pressing the On/Off button.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly, unsuitable programme, impellers stuck or clogged, filters clogged or installed incorrectly, baskets overloaded, detergent stored under unsuitable conditions, insufficient detergent, insufficient rinse aid, or detergent dispenser lid left open
Load the dishes as described in the user manual. Select a programme with a higher temperature and cycle time. Turn the lower and upper impellers by hand to make sure they rotate freely. Clean the impellers and filters regularly. Do not overload the baskets. Store detergent in closed containers or use tablet detergents. Adjust the amount of detergent according to soiling degree. Check and refill rinse aid. Make sure the detergent dispenser lid is closed tightly.
Oorzaak: Dishes not placed orderly, insufficient rinse aid, machine unloaded right after programme is over, unsuitable programme, or surface quality of kitchen utensils is deteriorated
Place dishes in a way that no water will accumulate in them. Check and refill rinse aid. Do not unload machine right after washing; slightly open the door and wait for steam evacuation. Select programmes with longer duration for higher drying performance. Do not wash kitchen utensils with deteriorated surfaces.
Oorzaak: Unsuitable programme, deteriorated surface quality of kitchen utensils, or detergent stored under unsuitable conditions
Select a programme with a higher temperature and cycle time. Do not wash kitchen utensils with deteriorated surfaces. Store detergent in closed containers or use tablet detergents.
Oorzaak: Insufficient rinse aid, low water hardness setting, or insufficient salt level. Salt leakage may also exist.
Check the rinse aid indicator and add rinse aid if necessary. Increase the rinse aid setting. Measure the hardness of the supply water and check the water hardness setting. Do not spill salt around the salt filling hole. Make sure the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Run the prewash programme to remove spilled salt.
Oorzaak: New machine has a peculiar odour, filters are clogged, or dirty dishes are kept in dishwasher for 2-3 days
The odour will fade out after a couple of washes. Clean the filter system regularly. If not starting the machine right after putting dishes in, remove remnants and run the Prewash programme without detergent every 2 days. Do not close the door completely to avoid odour build up. Use commercially available odour removers or machine cleaners.
Oorzaak: Salt leakage, salty food remnants, electric installation not grounded, intensive cleansers used, metal items used for purposes other than intended, low quality stainless steel cutlery, or already corroded items washed in dishwasher
Do not spill salt around the salt filling hole. Make sure the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Remove dirt from cutlery with prewash or wash without waiting. Check if machine is connected to actual grounding line. Do not use bleach. Do not use metal kitchen utensils for purposes other than intended. Do not wash low quality stainless steel or already corroded items in dishwasher.
Oorzaak: Detergent dispenser was damp, detergent added long before washing, detergent dispenser lid opening prevented during washing, detergent stored under unsuitable conditions, or impeller holes are clogged
Make sure the detergent dispenser is dried well before filling. Add detergent shortly before start-up of the washing. Place dishes in a way that will not prevent the detergent dispenser lid from opening. Store detergent in closed containers or use tablet detergents. Clean the impellers regularly.
Oorzaak: Decorated glasses and decorated lustre porcelains are not suitable for dishwasher washing
Do not wash decorated glasses and decorated lustre porcelains in the dishwasher. Check manufacturer recommendations for glassware and porcelain tableware items.
Oorzaak: Salt leakage, low water hardness setting, insufficient salt level, or dishes not placed orderly in the machine. Kitchen utensils containing or made of aluminium should not be washed in dishwasher.
Do not spill salt around the salt filling hole. Make sure the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Run prewash programme to remove spilled salt. Measure the hardness of the supply water and check the water hardness setting. When placing glasses and glassware, lean them against the edges or racks of the basket or glass support tines, not against other dishes. Do not wash kitchen utensils containing or made of aluminium.
Oorzaak: Excessive rinse aid is used or corrosion has occurred on glass due to soft water
Lower rinse aid setting. Clean spilled rinse aid when adding it. Measure the hardness of the supply water and check the water hardness setting. If supply water is soft (less than 5 dH), do not use salt. Choose programmes that wash in higher temperatures (60-65°C). Use commercially available glass protective detergents.
Oorzaak: Dishes washed with hand-wash detergent but not rinsed before placing in machine, rinse aid has spilled into the machine, or lid of the rinse aid reservoir is left open
Remove coarse soil on dishes under tap water, with tissue paper or fork; no need to hand-wash before placing in machine. Take care that rinse aid is not spilled when filling it. Clean any spilled rinse aid with tissue paper or towel. Make sure the lid of the rinse aid reservoir is closed after adding rinse aid.
