Load the dishes as described in the user manual. Select a programme with a higher temperature and cycle time. Turn the lower and upper impellers by hand to make sure that they rotate freely. Clean the impellers and filter system regularly. Do not overload the baskets. Store detergent in closed containers. Adjust the amount of detergent according to soiling degree. Check rinse aid indicator and add if necessary. Make sure that the detergent dispenser lid is closed tightly.
Oorzaak: Dishes are not placed orderly, rinse aid is not sufficient, machine is unloaded right after the programme is over, selected programme is unsuitable, or surface quality of kitchen utensils is deteriorated
Place dishes in a way that no water will accumulate in them. Check rinse aid indicator and add if necessary. Do not unload machine right after washing process. Slightly open the door and wait for evacuation of steam. Unload after pieces cool down. Start unloading from the lower basket. Select programmes with longer duration for higher drying performance. Do not wash kitchen utensils with deteriorated surfaces.
Oorzaak: Selected programme is unsuitable, surface quality of kitchen utensils is deteriorated, or detergent is stored under unsuitable conditions

Oorzaak: Rinse aid is not sufficient, water hardness setting is low, salt level is insufficient, or salt leakage exists
Check rinse aid indicator and add if necessary. Increase rinse aid setting. Measure the hardness of the supply water and check the water hardness setting. Pay attention not to spill salt around the salt filling hole. Make sure that the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Run the prewash programme to remove spilled salt.
Oorzaak: New machine has peculiar odour, filters are clogged, or dirty dishes are kept in dishwasher for 2-3 days
The peculiar odour will fade out after a couple of washes. Clean the filter system regularly. If not starting machine right after putting dishes in, remove remnants and run prewash programme without detergent every 2 days. Do not close the door completely to avoid odour build up. Use commercially available odour removers or machine cleaners.

Do not use metal kitchen utensils out of their intended uses. Do not wash low quality stainless steel or already corroded items in dishwasher.
Oorzaak: Detergent dispenser was damp when adding detergent, detergent is added long before washing process, opening of detergent dispenser lid is prevented during washing, detergent is stored under unsuitable conditions, or impeller holes are clogged
Make sure that the detergent dispenser is dried well prior to filling. Add detergent shortly before start-up of washing. Place dishes in a way that will not prevent the detergent dispenser lid from opening. Store detergent in closed containers in dry places. Clean the impellers regularly.
Oorzaak: Salt leakage exists, water hardness setting is low, salt level is insufficient, or dishes are not placed orderly in the machine
Pay attention not to spill salt around the salt filling hole. Make sure salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Run prewash programme to remove spilled salt. Measure the hardness of the supply water and check the water hardness setting. When placing glasses and other glassware, lean them against the edges or racks of the basket or the glass support tines, not against other dishes.
Oorzaak: Excessive rinse aid is used or corrosion has occurred on glass due to soft water
Lower rinse aid setting. Clean spilled rinse aid when adding rinse aid. Measure the hardness of the supply water. If supply water is soft (<5 dH), do not use salt. Choose programmes that wash in higher temperatures (e.g. 60-65°C). Use glass protective detergents that are commercially available.
Oorzaak: Dishes are washed with hand-wash detergent but not rinsed before placing in machine, rinse aid has spilled into the machine, or lid of the rinse aid reservoir is left open
Do not hand-wash the dishes before placing them into the machine. Remove coarse soil under tap water with a tissue paper or fork. Take care that rinse aid is not spilled in the machine when filling it. Clean spilled rinse aid with tissue paper or towel. Make sure lid of the rinse aid reservoir is closed.
