Oorzaak: Baskets are overloaded or inadequate detergent is added

Do not load baskets above their capacity. If you are using a powder detergent, put the amount of detergent suitable for the soil level of your dishes. We recommend using tablet detergents to achieve the best results.

Oorzaak: Insufficient amount of rinse aid or detergent compartment cover is not closed

Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid, if required. Increase the setting for rinse aid if adequate amount is available in the dishwasher. Always close the cover of the detergent compartment after adding detergent.

Oorzaak: Detergent is stored under improper conditions or tablet detergent button is not pressed

If you are using a powder detergent, do not store the detergent package in humid environments. Store the detergent in a storage container with a lid. If your dishwasher has a tablet detergent function, activate it while using multi-purpose detergents.

Oorzaak: Surface quality of the kitchenware is poor or damaged

Kitchenware with damaged surfaces is not recommended to wash in the dishwasher as it is difficult for water to flow over damaged surfaces and this is not correct in terms of hygiene.

Oorzaak: Dishes are placed irregularly or insufficient amount of rinse aid

Place your dishes so that water shall not collect inside them during washing. Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid, if required.

Oorzaak: Machine is unloaded right after the end of washing cycle

Do not unload your dishwasher right after the end of washing cycle. Keep the door ajar and let the steam come out for some time and unload the dishwasher when the dishes are cooled. Start the unloading operation from the lower basket.

Oorzaak: Proper cycle is not selected or drying performance is low

Drying performance is low as the rinsing temperature is also low in short cycles. For a higher drying performance, select longer cycles.

Oorzaak: Proper cycle is not selected or surface quality of the kitchenware is poor

Select a cycle with a higher temperature and washing for a longer time. Kitchenware with damaged surfaces is not recommended to wash in the dishwasher.

Oorzaak: Insufficient amount of rinse aid or water hardness setting is low or salt level is inadequate

Inspect the low rinse aid warning indicator and add rinse aid, if required. Check the water hardness setting by measuring the hardness of the mains water accurately.

Oorzaak: There is a leak of salt

Take care not to pour salt around the filler opening while adding salt. Ensure that the water softener lid is closed after adding salt. Clean the salt spilt into the dishwasher by running the pre-wash cycle.

Oorzaak: New machines have a certain smell or filters are clogged

This smell shall disappear after a few washing cycles. Check whether the filter system is cleaned and clean it regularly as shown in the Cleaning and maintenance section.

Oorzaak: Chemicals that may cause odour are put inside the rinse aid reservoir

Do not use chemicals such as vinegar, hand washing detergents, and descaling agents.

Oorzaak: Soiled dishes were kept in the dishwasher for 2-3 days

If you shall start the dishwasher immediately after putting the dishes into the dishwasher, remove the soil on the dishes and run the Pre-Wash cycle without detergent every two days. Do not close the door of the dishwasher completely to prevent occurrence of odour inside the dishwasher.

Oorzaak: There is a leak of salt or there is no earth line in the electrical installation

Take care not to pour salt around the filler opening while adding salt. Ensure that the water softener lid is closed after adding salt. Check if your dishwasher is connected to a true earth line.

Oorzaak: Intensive cleaning agents such as bleach are used or cutlery are made of low quality stainless steel

Do not wash your dishes with bleach. Cutlery made of low quality stainless steel shall not be washed in dishwashers.

Oorzaak: Metal items such as knives were used outside of their intended use or salty food residues have remained for a long period of time

Do not use metal kitchenware outside of their intended use. If kitchenware soiled with salty foods are to be kept in the dishwasher, the soil shall be removed from the surface of the dish by the pre-washing cycle or the dishes shall be washed without waiting.

Oorzaak: Patterned glasses and porcelain items with a pattern on the glaze or kitchenware with damaged surfaces are washed in dishwasher

Patterned glasses and porcelain items with a pattern on the glaze are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Glass and porcelain tableware manufacturers do not recommend washing such kitchenware in the dishwasher.

Oorzaak: Kitchenware and accessories made of aluminium or that contain aluminium, or there is a leak of salt, or previously rusted kitchenware are washed in the dishwasher

Kitchenware and accessories made of aluminium or that contain aluminium shall not be washed in the dishwasher. Take care not to pour salt around the filler opening while adding salt. Do not wash previously rusted kitchenware in the dishwasher.

Oorzaak: Detergent was put in a long time before the washing procedure or opening of the detergent reservoir lid is prevented during washing operation

Take care to put in the detergent just before starting the washing operation. Place the dishes in a way that does not prevent the detergent reservoir lid from opening and water from the spray arms flowing into the reservoir.

Oorzaak: Detergent is stored under improper conditions or holes of the spray arms are clogged
