Inlet valve leakage
Turn off the water tap and call the service department.
Water level fault
Clean the coarse and fine filters. Check that the outer filter on the inlet hose is not blocked. If the problem persists, call the service department.
Overfilling water
Turn off the water tap and call the service department.
Circulation pump fault
Call the service department.
Water inlet fault
Check whether dishwasher inlet hose is connected to a pressure limiting valve. Check that the water tap is on. Check that the outer filter on the inlet hose is not blocked. See Unblocking the inlet hose filter in the chapter Care and cleaning. If the problem persists, call for service.
Probleemoplossing

Oorzaak: The door is closed. The main power switch only works when the door is open.

Check that the baskets are correctly positioned horizontally. Check that the dishes are not blocking the baskets from sliding properly into place.
Oorzaak: The Start/Stop button has not been pressed long enough, the door is not properly closed, a program is in progress, a fuse/circuit breaker has tripped, the plug is not plugged in, or the water tap is turned off.
Press and hold Start/Stop until the display shows 'Program started'. Check the door is closed. Close the door and wait for the program to continue. Check the fuse/circuit breaker. Check the plug connection. Check the water tap is on.
Oorzaak: The drainage pump is running continuously, or the Delayed Start option has been selected.
Turn off the water tap. Pull out the plug and call the service department. Press and hold Start/Stop for three seconds if you want to cancel the Delayed Start option.
Oorzaak: Spray arms are blocked, unsuitable program, incorrect detergent dosage, old detergent, dishes loaded incorrectly, filters not fitted correctly, or drainage pump stop missing.
Check that dishes are not blocking the spray arms. Clean the spray arms. Select a high temperature program like Intensive. Dose detergent according to water hardness. Use fresh detergent. Load dishes correctly, placing them securely. Check filter handle is locked. Check the coloured stop on the right in the bottom drain is in place.
Oorzaak: Some foodstuffs such as mustard, mayonnaise, lemon, vinegar, salt and dressings can cause spots if left too long. Stainless steel can cause spots on silver if they come into contact. Aluminium can also cause spots on dishes.
Rinse off these types of foodstuffs if not starting the dishwasher immediately. Use the Rinse & hold program. Separate dishes made from different metals.
Oorzaak: Incorrect rinse aid dosage setting or too high temperature and/or too much detergent causing etching on crystal.
See the chapter Settings to adjust rinse aid dosage. Wash crystal at a low temperature with a conservative amount of detergent. Contact the detergent manufacturer.
Oorzaak: Rinse aid dosage setting is too high, or water is very soft.
Reduce the dosage. See the chapter Settings. If you have very soft water, you may want to dilute the rinse aid 50:50 with water.
Oorzaak: Filters are blocked or not fitted correctly, debris in the drainage pump, drainage pump stop missing, kink in drainage hose, or blocked drainage hose.
Clean the coarse and fine filters. Check that the filter handle is locked. Clean the drainage pump. Check the coloured stop is in place. Check that the hose is free from kinks. Disconnect the drainage hose and check for debris and ensure the inner diameter is at least 14 mm.
Oorzaak: Dirt around the seals and in corners, or low temperature programs have been selected for a prolonged period.
Clean with a washing-up brush and low foaming cleaner. Run a program with high temperature once or twice a month.
Oorzaak: Program's drying cycle may be insufficient, the dishwasher is not fully loaded, or rinse aid needs topping up.
Activate the Extra Dry option. Fully load the dishwasher. Top up with rinse aid or increase the rinse aid dosage level. Open the door a little once the program has finished.
