Oorzaak: Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, heating/cooling system switch off, furnace door open, missing C wire, or incorrect R/Rc jumper setting

Oplossing

Check circuit breaker and reset if necessary. Make sure power switch for heating & cooling system is on. Make sure furnace door is closed securely. Make sure the C wire is connected. Make sure the R/Rc jumper is set correctly (see page 15).

Heating or cooling system does not respond temperature

Oorzaak: Incorrect system mode, desired temperature not set appropriately, power issue, heating/cooling system switch off, furnace door open, or system needs time to respond

Oplossing

Press Menu > System Mode > Heat > Done to set to Heat mode and ensure desired temperature is higher than indoor temperature. Press Menu > System Mode > Cool > Done to set to Cool mode and ensure desired temperature is lower than indoor temperature. Check circuit breaker and reset if necessary. Make sure power switch for heating & cooling system is on. Make sure furnace door is closed securely. Wait 5 minutes for the system to respond.

Temperature settings do not change temperature

Oorzaak: Minimum and maximum limit settings are restricting temperature adjustments

Oplossing

Verify limit settings. Heat has a setting range of 40-90°F and cool has a range of 50-99°F.

Aux heat runs in cooling installation

Oorzaak: Wire incorrectly attached to W terminal on UWP for heat pump systems

Oplossing

For heat pump systems, verify there is not a wire attached to W on the UWP.

Cool runs with a call for heat installation

Oorzaak: Wire incorrectly attached to W terminal on UWP for heat pump systems
