Hallo, ik heb een Surface Pro 9 5G en de batterij lijkt wat op te zwellen. Het scherm komt een beetje los aan de onderkant. Is dit gevaarlijk en wat moet ik nu doen? Kan ik dit zelf repareren of moet ik er echt mee naar een winkel?
Een opgezwollen batterij is echt iets om serieus mee om te gaan, dat moet je niet negeren. Gebruik het apparaat niet meer en laad het zeker niet op. Het servicehandboek van de Surface Pro 9 5G waarschuwt expliciet voor dit soort situaties en adviseert om het toestel niet zelf te proberen open te maken. Neem contact op met Microsoft Support of een erkend reparatiepunt, want lithium-ion batterijen kunnen bij verkeerde behandeling gevaarlijk zijn.
