Hallo, ik heb een HP Pro x2 612 G2 en het toetsenbord dock wordt niet meer herkend als ik het aansluit. De tablet start gewoon op zonder toetsenbord. Heeft iemand dit probleem ook gehad en weet hoe ik dit kan oplossen? De connectoren lijken schoon te zijn.
Dit had ik ook een tijdje geleden met mijn x2 612 G2. Probeer eerst de tablet volledig uit te schakelen, koppel het dock los en sluit het daarna opnieuw aan. Soms helpt het ook om de poorten met perslucht schoon te maken want die pogo pin connectoren zijn gevoelig voor stof. Controleer ook of de firmware van het toetsenbord up to date is via HP Support Assistant. In het handboek staat ook een sectie over probleemoplossing met de dock verbinding die het bekijken waard is.
