Hallo, ik heb een HP Elite x2 1012 G1 en mijn toetsenbordbase wordt soms niet herkend als ik hem aankoppel. Het scherm reageert wel maar het toetsenbord doet niets. Heeft iemand dit ook gehad en weet hoe ik dit kan oplossen?
Dit probleem ken ik goed van mijn eigen Elite x2. Probeer eerst de tablet volledig opnieuw op te starten terwijl de toetsenbordbase aangesloten is. Soms helpt het ook om de base los te koppelen, even te wachten en dan weer aan te sluiten. Controleer ook of de connectoren aan de onderkant van de tablet schoon zijn, stof of vuil kan de verbinding verstoren. In het servicehandboek staan ook de exacte specificaties van het koppelmechanisme, dat kan handig zijn als het probleem blijft aanhouden.
