Hallo, ik heb een RX-V585 en ik krijg mijn tv via HDMI ARC niet werkend. De receiver ontvangt geen geluid van de tv terwijl alles aangesloten is op de ARC poort. Heeft iemand dit ook gehad en weet hoe ik dit oplos?
Dit probleem heb ik ook gehad. Zorg eerst dat je op de tv zelf de ARC functie hebt ingeschakeld in de geluidsinstellingen, dat vergeet bijna iedereen. Op de RX-V585 moet je ook controleren of HDMI Control is ingeschakeld, dat vind je onder Setup, daarna HDMI. Na het inschakelen moet je beide apparaten volledig uitschakelen en opnieuw opstarten. In het handboek bij het hoofdstuk HDMI staat dit proces stap voor stap beschreven, dat helpt echt.
