Oorzaak: Paper guides are not set correctly

Check that the paper guides are set correctly

If possible, attach the cable to another computer that is working properly and try to print a document. You can also try using a different printer cable

Check the Windows printer setting to make sure that the print job is sent to the correct port

Check the printer properties to ensure that all of the print settings are correct

Change the page orientation in your application

Oorzaak: Paper size and paper size settings do not match

Ensure that the paper size in the printer driver settings matches the paper in the tray

Change the resolution to Best and then try printing again

Oorzaak: Resolution of the photo is very low

If you increase the photo size in the software application, the resolution will be reduced. Reduce the photo size

Select Download as Bit Image in the Advanced Options window of the graphic properties window. Print the document again

Exit Windows and reboot the computer. Turn the printer off and then back on again

Reduce the complexity of the page(s) or try adjusting the print quality settings. Adjust the print quality settings, such as reducing the resolution. If you have set the resolution to Best, change it to Normal or Draft

Oorzaak: High density print job

It usually takes more time than usual to print this kind of job. Be patient and wait
