Hallo, ik heb een HP ENVY 6022 en de printer zet zichzelf steeds uit als ik hem even niet gebruik. Is er een manier om die automatische uitschakeling te deactiveren? Het is echt irritant als ik elke keer opnieuw moet wachten tot hij opstart.
Dat is de Auto-Off functie van de ENVY 6022, die is standaard ingeschakeld om energie te besparen. Je kunt hem uitschakelen via de HP Smart app op je telefoon of computer, onder de printerinstellingen. In sommige gevallen kun je het ook aanpassen via de embedded webserver als de printer verbonden is met je netwerk. In het handleiding staat dit beschreven in het hoofdstuk over Auto-Off, dus even daar doorheen bladeren helpt zeker.
