Hallo, ik heb de Brother DCP-T720DW en ik krijg steeds een melding dat de inkt bijna op is, maar ik heb net nieuwe flesjes bijgevuld. Hoe reset ik de inktstand zodat de printer dit correct weergeeft? Ik kan de optie nergens vinden in het menu.
Dit herken ik, dat had ik ook na het bijvullen. Op de DCP-T720DW moet je na het bijvullen van een tank de inktteller handmatig resetten via het menu op het scherm. Ga naar Instellingen, dan Onderhoud, en zoek naar de optie om het inktvolume te resetten voor de betreffende kleur. Je moet dan bevestigen dat je de tank hebt bijgevuld tot de maximumlijn. Kijk ook even in het hoofdstuk onderhoud van de handleiding, daar staat het stap voor stap uitgelegd.
