Timer Display shows 0.00 with AUTO and Manual other

Oorzaak: Power supply to the oven was interrupted but has come back on

Oplossing

Reset the timer to the correct time of day using the instructions in the timer section.

Main Oven does not work, but Grill and Top Oven work other

Oorzaak: Timer may be in Auto Mode instead of Manual Mode

Oplossing

Check that the Auto Symbol is not lit up and not flashing. See timer section for instructions to return timer to Manual mode.

Top Ovens and Grill do not work, but Main Oven works safety

Oorzaak: Safety device may have activated due to operating conditions

Oplossing

Ensure grilling is done with the door open to the correct position. Avoid grilling for excessively long periods at maximum setting. Ensure adequate ventilation in the cabinet.

Grill keeps turning on and off performance

Oorzaak: Normal operation when Grill control is operating at less than MAX setting

Oplossing

This is normal behavior and not a fault. The grill will cycle on and off.

Cannot set an Auto Cook programme other

Oorzaak: User may not understand Cook Period setting

Oplossing

Remember that Cook Period is the actual length of time for which the timer will switch the oven(s) on as part of an Auto Cooking programme.

Draught from beneath control panel performance

Oorzaak: Cooling fan operating normally when appliance is in use or cooling down

Oplossing

This is normal operation. The cooling fan blows air from beneath the control panel when in use and may run on after controls are turned off. It will stop once the appliance has cooled.

Timer buzzer/bleeper operates continually other

Oorzaak: Timer minute minder is active

Oplossing

Press the minute minder button to silence the Buzzer/Bleeper.

Slight odour or small amount of smoke when grill/oven is used for the first time other

Oorzaak: Normal operation for new appliances

Oplossing

This is normal and should cease after a short period.
