Oorzaak: Protective oils being removed

This is normal during first use

Oorzaak: Excess water used in cooking

Reduce the amount of water used in cooking. Sometimes condensation is normal

Oorzaak: Stirrup not engaged properly

Engage stirrup properly

Oorzaak: Oven is in 'Demo' mode

Refer to Additional Functionality to exit Demo mode

Oorzaak: This is a function of the power board to reduce air blast when opening door

This is normal operation

Oorzaak: Most oven modes have a fast heat up function that uses the fan and elements

Auto fast heat up can be overridden by selecting a temperature of 120°C or less, allowing function to start, then increasing to desired level

Oorzaak: An oven function has been selected or light has been turned on at control panel

Turn off the oven function or turn off light at control panel

Oorzaak: Oven light may need replacing

Replace oven light

Oorzaak: The cooking function selected is not compatible with the food probe

Refer to Food Probe instructions page

Oorzaak: Ensure Food Probe plug is fully inserted, Incorrect Food Probe used, Food not fully defrosted

Fully insert Food Probe plug into socket on front panel, Use only the Food Probe recommended for this appliance, Ensure food is fully defrosted

Oorzaak: Food Probe not inserted deep enough, Food not adequately rested after cooking

Ensure Food Probe is inserted at least 75% into the food, Allow food to rest adequately after cooking

Oorzaak: Oven cavity is not level

Perform a check using a level to verify. If not level refer to installer

Oorzaak: Pyro function locked

Go back into Pyro mode and switch off Pyro function after few seconds for the lock to open completely

Oorzaak: Residue from cleaning

Follow the procedure for cleaning the cavity well. There may be some minor residual marks after cleaning

Oorzaak: The oven seal of non pyrolytic models is only attached at each corner

This is normal. When the oven is closed it will function correctly
