Hallo, ik heb een Philips GoGear SA6066 en ik wil er video's op zetten maar ik snap niet goed hoe dat werkt. Als ik gewoon een mp4 bestand sleep naar de speler dan zie ik hem niet terug in het menu. Wat doe ik verkeerd?
Het probleem is waarschijnlijk dat je de video's niet via Windows Media Player 11 hebt overgezet. De SA6066 werkt het beste als je de bestanden synchroniseert via WMP11, want dan worden ze automatisch geconverteerd naar het juiste formaat. Gewoon slepen werkt helaas niet altijd goed met videobestanden. In het handboek staat bij hoofdstuk 3.6 precies hoe je video's moet overzetten, dat is de moeite waard om even door te lezen.
