Laat een opmerking achter of stel een vraag
Hallo, ik heb een HP Spectre x2 12 en ik wil de accu zelf vervangen. Is dit iets wat ik thuis kan doen of moet ik echt naar een reparatiecentrum? Ik ben best handig maar wil mijn garantie niet kwijtraken.
De accu van de Spectre x2 12 valt helaas onder de onderdelen die alleen door een erkende serviceprovider vervangen mogen worden. In het servicehandboek staat duidelijk dat je bij die onderdelen je garantie kunt verliezen als je ze zelf probeert te openen. Er zijn wel zogenoemde Customer Self-Repair onderdelen die je thuis kunt vervangen, maar de accu hoort daar niet bij. Ik zou echt even hoofdstuk 5 en 6 van het manual doornemen voordat je iets probeert.
