Hallo, ik heb een HP EliteBook 850 G2 en het scherm wordt soms ineens zwart terwijl ik aan het werk ben. De laptop werkt nog wel want ik hoor hem draaien, maar het beeld komt pas terug als ik op de spatiebalk druk. Heeft iemand dit probleem ook gehad?
Dit klinkt als een slaapstand of energiebeheer instelling. Op de EliteBook 850 G2 kun je dit aanpassen via het configuratiescherm bij energiebeheer, zet de schermuitschakelingstijd gewoon wat hoger. Soms helpt het ook om de grafische driver opnieuw te installeren, want dit model heeft een Intel HD Graphics 5500 die soms kuren heeft. Kijk ook even in de handleiding bij de energieopties voor meer details, dat staat er vrij duidelijk in uitgelegd.
