Hallo, ik heb een Dell Latitude 7490 en de batterij laadt niet meer op boven de 80%. Ik heb gehoord dat Dell een soort instelling heeft die de batterij beschermt maar ik weet niet hoe ik dat uit kan zetten. Iemand enig idee?
Dat is de Battery Health Mode of ook wel Primary AC Use instelling in de BIOS. Op de Latitude 7490 kun je dit aanpassen via de BIOS instellingen, ga naar F2 bij het opstarten en zoek dan naar Power Management. Daar vind je de optie om de laadbegrenzing te wijzigen. Je kunt ook Dell Power Manager installeren om dit makkelijker te regelen vanuit Windows. Kijk anders even in het handboek van je laptop voor de exacte stappen, staat er vrij duidelijk in beschreven.
