Hallo, ik heb een Yealink T41S en ik krijg steeds de melding 'No Service' op het scherm. De telefoon is aangesloten op ons bedrijfsnetwerk maar doet niks. Heeft iemand een idee wat ik kan controleren? We gebruiken een SIP provider.
Dit probleem heb ik zelf ook gehad. Controleer eerst of het SIP account goed is ingesteld via het webinterface van de telefoon, je typt gewoon het IP adres in de browser. Kijk of de server adres, gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord kloppen bij Account instellingen. Soms helpt het ook om de telefoon even te herstarten. In het handboek van de T41S staat op pagina 20 en verder precies hoe je de SIP registratie instelt, dat is echt de moeite waard om even door te lezen.
