Hallo, ik heb een Hoshizaki F-450MAJ ijsvlokkenmaker en na het installeren merk ik dat de machine helemaal niet start. Het stroomlampje brandt wel maar er gebeurt verder niets. Heeft iemand dit ook gehad? Is er een reset procedure of zo?
Dit herken ik wel. Controleer eerst of de watertoevoer goed open staat en of de waterdruk voldoende is, want de F-450MAJ start niet als er geen water detecteert. Daarnaast heeft dit model een vertraging van een paar minuten bij de eerste start. In het installatiehandboek staat beschreven welke volgorde je moet aanhouden bij inbedrijfstelling. Als het probleem blijft, is het verstandig om een gecertificeerde Hoshizaki monteur te bellen want zomaar zelf sleutelen kan de garantie beïnvloeden.
