Hallo, ik heb een DCM-500BAH-OS ijsmachine en na de vulcyclus lijkt het apparaat vast te lopen, de ijspurgecyclus van 60 seconden start gewoon niet. Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee? Wat kan de oorzaak zijn en moet ik de printplaat controleren?
Dat klinkt als een probleem met de besturingsplaat of een sensor die niet goed reageert. Bij mijn DCM-500BAH-OS had ik iets soortgelijks, bleek dat de waterinlaat niet goed sloot waardoor de overgang naar de purgecyclus niet werd geactiveerd. Ik zou eerst de sequentie van de bedieningsplaat controleren, het servicehandboek beschrijft precies welke stappen de cyclus doorloopt en welke sensoren daarbij betrokken zijn. Zorg er ook voor dat een gecertificeerde technicus meekijkt want het gaat om elektrische componenten.
