Laat een opmerking achter of stel een vraag
Hallo, ik heb de GY-HC550E en ik probeer live te streamen via de ingebouwde netwerkfunctie maar de camera maakt geen verbinding met mijn server. Ik heb het IP adres ingevoerd maar hij blijft een foutmelding geven. Heeft iemand dit ook gehad en weet hoe ik dit op moet lossen?
Dit probleem had ik ook een tijdje geleden. Controleer eerst of je streaming protocol correct is ingesteld, de HC550E ondersteunt RTMP en SRT dus zorg dat dit overeenkomt met je server. Daarnaast moet je in het netwerkmenu ook de poort correct invoeren. Soms helpt het om de camera opnieuw op te starten na het invoeren van de gegevens. Kijk ook even in het menu onder Network dan FTP of Streaming Settings. Het handboek heeft een uitgebreid hoofdstuk over netwerkverbindingen dat echt de moeite waard is om door te nemen.
