Hallo, ik heb de Dahua N85FY62 en ik probeer de personen-telfunctie in te stellen via de webinterface maar ik kan de optie nergens vinden. Is dit een instelling die ergens verborgen zit of moet ik eerst iets activeren? Ik gebruik Web 5.0.
Die optie zit inderdaad een beetje verstopt. Bij de N85FY62 moet je eerst controleren of de AI-functies ingeschakeld zijn onder de camera-instellingen. De personen-telfunctie vind je normaal onder het smart analytics gedeelte van de webinterface. In het handboek staat dit beschreven onder sectie 8.9, dat is specifiek voor People Counting. Zorg ook dat de firmware up to date is, want oudere versies hadden die functie nog niet volledig beschikbaar.
