Ik heb een TD8803 kiezer gekoppeld aan mijn CS350 centrale maar ik krijg de meldingen niet doorgestuurd naar de meldkamer. De telefoonnummers en accountnummers heb ik ingevoerd. Doe ik iets fout of moet er nog iets ingesteld worden?
Check eerst of je bij de PABX prefix niks verkeerd staan hebt, dat zorgt vaak dat de lijn niet goed opgepakt wordt. Ook belangrijk is het aantal pogingen voor central station 1, dat vind je in het engineer menu onder Telephone/Account numbers. Kijk in de programming manual bij hoofdstuk 3.1, daar staat de volgorde precies uitgelegd. Zelf had ik ook nog het protocol verkeerd, dus controleer of jouw meldkamer hetzelfde formaat gebruikt.
